All jewelry from A Journey to Remember is handcrafted and custom-made. Each piece is uniquely created, and natural variations in color, texture, and inclusions are to be expected and celebrated as part of the design.

Final Sale

Due to the highly personalized nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once placed.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates and begin once all required materials have been received. While every effort is made to complete orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occur and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

Client Materials

By submitting breastmilk, ashes, hair, or other remembrance materials, you acknowledge that:

• Only a very small amount is required

• Materials are sent at your own risk

• We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping

All materials are handled with care, respect, and confidentiality.

Unused Materials

Unused materials may be returned upon request. If not requested, remaining materials may be respectfully disposed of after completion.

Care & Wear

Sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time, and plated finishes may fade with wear. These are normal characteristics and not considered defects. Proper care is required to maintain the beauty of your piece.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, A Journey to Remember is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend selecting tracked and insured shipping.

Keepsake Disclaimer

Breastmilk jewelry is intended solely as a keepsake. Once preserved, breastmilk is no longer in its natural state and is not intended for consumption or medical use.
